1. Nature of the Service
This platform provides AI-assisted symptom triage and clinical decision support to help you and your treating doctor. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician. In an emergency, call 102 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. See the Medical Disclaimer shown throughout the app for full detail.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login (email/OTP) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Multi-hospital access is scoped per hospital subdomain; your data is only visible to the hospital(s) and doctors you interact with.
3. AI-Generated Content
Diagnostic suggestions, treatment plans, and report analyses are generated with the help of third-party AI models (see our Privacy Policy, Section 3) and may contain errors or omissions. Only a licensed physician's final assessment should be relied upon for medical decisions.
4. Data & Privacy
Your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how it is used (including AI processing and cross-border transfer), how long it is kept, and your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Hospital & Doctor Content
Hospitals and doctors using this platform are responsible for the accuracy of clinical information they enter and for obtaining any additional consents required under their own professional and regulatory obligations.
6. Limitation of Liability
This platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for medical decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions; clinical responsibility rests with the treating physician.
